Chapter 129. Delete Individual Membership Type Group

Overview

The Delete Individual Membership Type Group tool is used to remove individual membership type groups when they are no longer required.

Note

A membership type group cannot be deleted if it is a primary group required by a dependent group. If this is the case, the 'Delete' link will not be visible on the Manage Individual Membership Type Groups page.

If the individual membership type group is in use:

  1. Either delete the dependent individual membership type group, or edit the dependent so that it is dependent on a different primary group.

  2. Now that all dependencies on this individual membership type group have been removed, the 'Delete' link will be visible and the group can be deleted immediately.

Select

Select the individual membership type group you wish to delete.

Delete

Details of the individual membership type group you selected are displayed for you to review. If you are sure you want to permanently delete this group, click Delete.

Done

This individual membership type group has been permanently deleted!
