View a Document Comment

Comments are text associated with a document by a reviewer of that document.

To view a document comment:

  1. From the Group Documents page, find the document whose comments you want to view.
  2. In the Action column for that document, click Details (if you have Document Manage privileges, click Manage). This takes you to the Document Details page for that document.
  3. If there are comments, they appear in the Comments section at the bottom of the page (below Description). Listed for each comment are the name of the comment, the name of the person who added the comment, the date it was added and the full text of the comment.

Note: If you have Document Manage privileges, you will see the Delete link in the Action column.

  1. When you finish, click the Breadcrumbs Documents link at the top of the page or the Back button on your browser to return to the Group Documents page.

Tip: From this page you can also view the document by clicking the document name, email the Document Submitter, or add a document comment (if you are a member of the document's group and the folder in which the document resides is configured to allow comments). The Add Comment link appears next to the Comments section heading.
