The Synchronize Lists tool is used to synchronize Kavi® databases with the ezmlm subscription lists, so that subscriptions added or removed by email can be made available for manipulation by Kavi® Mailing List Manager tools. When a user subscribes or unsubscribes from a mailing list by email, rather than through the Subscribe or Unsubscribe forms in the members area, the changes are recorded in the ezmlm subscription lists. These changes will not appear in the Kavi databases until the databases are synchronized with the ezmlm subscription lists. By default, synchronization is set to run automatically on a nightly basis (in the server's local time zone), but you can use this tool to synchronize one or more lists whenever the need arises.
